Fellow Thinkery Supporters - Thank you so much for your "paddles up" donation of $250 at Thinkery's Spark After Dark. In appreciation for each donation, you get two tickets to one of our Signature Tasting Events. However, this event will be specifically hosted by Kendall & John Antonelli. Now, it's time to come eat cheese for your community! Let's break bread (or rather, cheese!) together to celebrate your support of Thinkery.
Great for those new to cheese or longtime aficionados, this is our best class to get a little bit of everything: we'll talk you through the "7 styles of cheese" while exploring multiple milk types. Better yet, each cheese comes with a unique pairing - from chocolate to cured meat, preserves to pickles, and more. Plus, to amp this tasting up a bit, we're including a premium wine flight, additional tastings of charcuterie, and a chocolate flight. Come enjoy our most popular tasting event - and the award-winner that put us on the map.
One ticket = one person and includes:
- 7 cheeses
- 7 food pairings
- premium wine flight
- charcuterie (cured meat) flight
- chocolate dessert trio
- additional goodies, such as crackers, pickles, & cocktail mix (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)
Can't Attend?
Because we have exact seating - and we book our hosts to fit the number of guests, please tell us in advance if you are not able to attend by replying to your confirmation email with as much advance notice as possible. If you let us know a full 7 days in advance, we can let you transfer your tickets to another date for one of our public events (but note that John & Kendall will likely not be leading that event).
Beverages?
While water is included, you may also purchase beverages at the event, selecting from our special wine flight, or wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine by the glass or by the bottle. Note: this location is not BYOB.
Seating
We have four tables that seat 8 each. I know many of you purchased with the hopes of sitting together with friends. This is first come, first served. So tell your buddy who always arrives early to save your group seats. We'll do our best to get everyone near each other. Either way, you'll be with fellow Thinkery supporters and may just make a new friend in cheese(s) before you go.

Know Before You Go:
- TIMING: We try to start our events as close to on time as possible. Please arrive on time or a little early. (Doors open 15 min before start time.) We'll guide all guests through a 1.5 hour tasting, leaving an additional 30 min for socializing. Total event time is 2 hours.
- LOCATION: Event will be held in-person at our South Lamar Community Tasting Room (1100 South Lamar, Suite 1130).
- CANCELLATIONS: Because this is a special fundraising event, we are not able to offer refunds.
