Y'all know we like to play with our cheese, right? In fact, we love pairing cheese with almost anything. New to our lineup, we figured we'd put two things together that everyone loves separately: cheese and bacon.

Enter a Cheese & Bacon Tasting Experience like no other.  Join us as we celebrate all things bacon: bacon jam, bacon covered chocolate, and bacon popcorn - to name a few. We've scoured the artisanal food world for specialty bacon products that are awesome enough to stand alongside our cheese. Each bite guarantees a journey through the five tastes: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami.

Like all our tastings, this is a guided, tasting experience in which our hosts talk you through each bite, each pairing, and the histories and stories behind the products.

One ticket = one person and includes:

  • 5 cheeses
  • 5 bacon products that showcase the decadence of the craft
  • 5 food pairings (preserves, pickled veggies, cured meats, etc)
  • additional treats like crackers, cornichons, & corn nuts (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

Beverages?

While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our recommended wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine.  Note: This is not a BYOB location.

Reserved Seating

At the time of ticket purchase, there is a question prompt for you to list others in your group. Please note that we cannot seat groups larger than 8 at the same table. (Big groups?
