One ticket = one person and includes:

  • 7 cheeses (About a half pound)
  • 7 food pairings
  • additional treats like crackers, cornichons, & salty snacks (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

This is a full meal.

Please note that event tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for store credit / event tickets of equal value if given 48 hours notice.

We will do our best to accommodate allergies.

Nuts and Gluten: Antonelli’s Cheese is not a certified nut or gluten free facility.

RAW MILK: On our tasting plates, we often offer a mix of both pasteurized and unpasteurized cheeses.

VEGAN: Note that Antonelli’s does not currently carry or offer Vegan Cheeses for classes.

Unless specifically listed as a 'family' event, we ask that all guests for in-person events be 13 years or older.

Please note that class content is often catered for an adult audience and the majority of class time is structured tasting and guided instruction with some breaks for socializing.

One of life's most naturally delicious and beloved pairings, hosted in the height of crisp October at the beautiful Cork and Screw wine garden: what is not to love! 

A cheese expert from Antonelli's Cheese will be partnering with a Cork and Screw wine expert to take you on a guided tour of 5 artisan cheeses, 5 bespoke pairing wines, and sundries to tie everything together (think charcuteries, chocolates, and dried fruit.)

Know Before You Go:

  • TIMING: The tasting will begin at 6:30p, please plan to arrive a few minutes early for parking 
  • LOCATION: Event will be held in-person at at Cork and Screw Wine Garden, located at 2907 East 12th Street, Austin, Texas 78702.
  • PARKING: Guests may park in the parking lot next to Camp East, or in the gravel lot at the corner of 12th and Hargrave. If you have any questions please reach out to maddy@corkandscrewatx.com
