You've asked us for years to get your hands in some curd. Are you ready? Let's make some Mozzarella! And while we're at it, we're just gonna go ahead and make Butter too!

One of our newest event offerings, this Mozz & Butter Making Workshop is a hands-on event.  Come and join us to learn the traditional and delicious art of stretching fresh mozzarella alongside our team at Antonelli's.  Having done this many times before, we can tell you that there are very few things more satisfying than tasting your own ball of fresh mozzarella.  You'll also have the opportunity to make your own salted butter.  And because we'll be on our feet burning calories as we work the curd, we'll help keep you fueled with a selection of grazing trays to nibble on and enjoy.

Beverages?

While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our monthly wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine.  Note: This is not a BYOB location.

Seating?

Unlike our other classes, at this class you'll be on your feet moving around as we stretch curd, pour hot water, and even do some butter shaking dances.  Chairs are scattered around the room for quick respites; however, note that this interactive activity involves more movement than our typical tasting experiences.   If you need other accommodations, please reach out to our team to see how we can make it work.
