A tasting class dedicated to Cheese and Chocolate? Say what? Yes! In addition to being healthy, chocolate shares so many characteristics with cheese. Both of these fermented foods celebrate the concept of terroir - or the specificity of place, while boasting diverse flavors: fruity, bitter, earthy, floral, tropical, herbaceous, peppery, and more. Join us as we taste through award-winning single-origin chocolates, blended chocolates with inclusions, and confection chocolates, sourced from across the globe and each perfectly paired with a cheese partner.

One ticket = one person and includes:

  • 7 cheeses
  • 7 chocolates
  • additional goodies, such as bread, fruit, & corn nuts (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

Beverages?

Alternatively, you may purchase wine, beer, and cider in the Cheese Shop prior to your event. (The Cheese Shop is across the street and open daily 11-7.) You may also BYOB; however, please note that we charge a $15 per bottle service fee, starting September 1.
