A Taste of What We Do

We’ve been honing our skills as cheesemongers, entertainers and educators for over a decade. In fact, with 6 ACS Certified Cheese Professionals we have a deep passion for cheese. What started as a single class each month has now transformed into an almost nightly offering of events and experiences that have been have been described as “100 things to do in Austin before you die” and “100 Things to do in Self Quarantine”. Cheese and pairings change frequently so no experience is over the same.
