Calling All Cheeseheads!

If Wisconsin is known for anything, it's cheese. Perhaps not surprising, Wisconsin produces the most cheese in the United States with a history of cheesemaking for over 180 years. Heck, let's just let the Proudly Wisconsin Cheese website make the pitch for us in their Wisconsin Cheese Facts section:

  • Wisconsin cheesemakers have won more awards than any other state or nation on the planet.
  • Wisconsin produces more flavors, styles, and varieties of cheese (600+) than anywhere else.
  • Wisconsin makes one-quarter of all the cheese in the U.S. and roughly one-half of all the artisan cheese.
  • Wisconsin has the only master cheesemaker program in the world outside of the one in Switzerland.
  • Wisconsin is the only state that requires a license to make cheese.

For this special tasting, we'll have the one and only Molly Browne, Education Director for Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Cheese, guide us through a tasting of seven of our favorite Wisconsin cheeses, paired with complementary food bites.

Whether you're a transplant, visiting from America's Dairyland, or a local who wants to see what all the fuss is about, our Taste of Wisconsin is sure to knock your (cheese) socks off.

One ticket = one person and includes:

  • 7 cheeses
  • 7 food pairings
  • additional treats like crackers, pickles, & corn nuts (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

Beverages?

While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our recommended wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine.  Note: We charge a service fee per bottle brought into our tasting room.
